HCM Introduction

Human Capital Management (HCM) has a cross cutting role in the USAID Trade Project where it identifies, designs and executes capacity building initiatives necessary to support all three components of the project. All three components are geared towards improving Pakistan's trade environment on a policy and infrastructural level as well as creating market access for Pakistani goods in the international market.
